1)       To provide sound education to the children of all communities irrespective of their race, religions, caste or creed in general and to prepare those to become mature and responsible citizens of the country through the all-round physical intellectual, academic, mental and Spiritual development based on values derived from the life.

 

2)      To start establish, run, take over, or manage and maintain Play school, Handicapped School,  Anganwadi School, Nursery  School, Pre-Primary School, Primary School, Middle School, Open School with an object to impart Secondary School, Senior Secondary School, and higher education university courses to children by seeking recognition and affiliation from the education departments and concerned Government authorities.

 

3)      To open, establish, promote, set up, run, maintain, assist, support and /or aid and help in the setting up the different kinds of schools, colleges, Old Age Homes, Orphanage Home, Kushtarog Niwarn Ashram, Multi-specialty Hospital, Cancer Hospital, Ashram, Marriage Hall, lecture halls and other establishments or institutions for advancement of education and of knowledge in arts, science, literature and humanities.

 

4)      To run, arrange and manage the training institutions in typing, short-hand, computer learning, information technology, Fine Arts & Craft, Music, Painting, Physical Education, Teacher Training Program, Management Courses, Engineering Courses, Medical Courses, Nursing Courses, Pharma Courses, Mass-Media Courses, all types of computer Courses, Distance Learning Courses and Regular Courses, University Courses.

 

5)      To promote literacy, cultural and other social activities of Awareness Programs, Adult Education Classes, Lectures, Essay Competitions Exhibitions, Symposium, Cultural programs, Press Conference and Seminars.

 

6)      To provide food, clothing, medical aid stationery, transportations, libraries, laboratories,         reading room, hostels playground swimming pool and other required facilities to the students and also to the members of the society.

 

7)       To establish and manage various kinds of Educational, Vocational, Industrial, Agricultural, Cultural, Social and Welfare institutions in the field of Industrial, Scientific, Medical, Technical, Agricultural Research and Training Institutions to introduce and develop the Professional courses and also to arrange/ provide all kinds of educational facilities to the Students, scholars, trainees and to other needy candidates.

 

8)        To establish, and to the develop such out of school activity centers for the children of the under privilege class/section of society where they could have the benefits and joy of participating in sports, games artistic activities, like clay and wood work, music, dance, painting and also organize educational trips.

 

9)        To institute scholarships and help to deserving students and to institute and award prizes, in recognition of excellence in academic performance of students.

 

10)      To meet traveling, boarding and lodging expenses for the students going abroad for higher education and also help them in all possible ways.

 

11)      To promote fine art, crafts among the public including establishment and maintenance of Shilpa Shikshalayas, Kala Kendras etc.

 

12)      To follow the ideology of great men and National Leaders who scarified their lives for the causes of depressed, deprived, SC & ST’s, and other community/backward classes, minority groups and for other needy people.

 

13)       To provide free confessional education to the poor, helpless and needy children/students.

 

14)       To engage, employ or hire appropriate staff, workers, legal or other professionals, attorneys, managers for the work and furtherance of the aims and objects of the society and to pay their wages, salaries stipends or fees.

 

15)       To receive financial assistance (in the shape of loan or otherwise) from Government, Non-Government organizations, banks or any other legal entity or individual on reasonable terms and conditions.

 

16)    To prepare awareness generation kits posters, banners, audio-video cassette, puppet  show, skits, documentaries etc. regarding various social issues and for the attainment of  the  aims and objects of the above society.

 

17)    To accept donations, grants, presents and other offerings (in the shape of movable or   immovable properties) and the same shall be utilized by the promotion of aims and objects of the Society.

 

18)    To raise funds and resource for the attainment of any of the aims and objects of the society by all lawful means including investment of the funds, donation, fund-raising campaigns, cultural programs, etc.

 

19)    To conduct research in education and other discipline with different subjects relating to Education.

 

20)    To encourage sports, yoga, gymnastic, judo, hockey, football, cricket and other games for improvement of health amongst youth and children on the whole by providing  playground, sports, clubs, yoga centers and also organize tournament.

 

21)    To start and maintain infant, children, homes, welfare centers and maternity homes for general welfare.

 

22)    To arrange and organize social, cultural, educational and child welfare programs/activities from time to time.

 

23)    To publish books, charts, illustrations, journals, magazine, periodicals, newspapers and other publications on different subjects and in different languages.

 

24)    To conduct coaching classes for preparation of the various competitive examinations.

 

25)    To make correspondences in lawful manner to solve the problems of the society like recognition of the schools/ institutions engaged by the above society.

 

26)    To do or perform any other act which may be incidental or completive to the attainment of any of the object of the above society.

 

27)    To provide social-economic help/assistance to poor and needy people.

 

28)    To provide free medical aid, Red-cross aid and start Charitable Hospital//Dispensary for the General Welfare of General public

 

29)    To make arrangement for Mobile Emergency VAN/AMBULANCE for victims of road accidents, to provide help to pregnant ladies to shift them to nearby hospital also to provide assistance to the old people for the emergency.

 

30)    To arrange activities for the safety of wild animals, and to make improvement in safety of the wild animals and to show mercy towards them.

 

31)    To arouse the general public towards AIDS and to inform the general people about the dangerous diseases of AIDS and to make arrangement for safety of the same.

 

32)    To provide educational facilities to the students, to improve educational facilities for the students. To improve the economic, moral & social standards of the villagers by providing better education, urban slum dwellers and neglected aged & old Individuals. Mutual co-operation/unity among the villagers, slum dwellers and neglected aged people & in general work for rural and urban development by implementing programs and activities including other development programs of Govt. of India only.

 

33)    To promote development activities in area of health i.e. First aid Hospitals on highways, dispensaries in the slum areas, hospitals for handicapped etc., Education for the Indian orphaned abandoned, neglected & destitute children/ mentally handicapped children etc., including adult education, sanitation, accommodation activities, care centers for the neglected aged & old people, contribute during national calamities like war, flood, storms, earthquake etc.

 

34)    To take up effective but reasonable and lawful steps for the eradication of social evils such as dowry system, child marriage (bal vivah), child labour and wastage of the money in the various functions and the use of intoxicated drugs/wine/smock etc and the solution of the problem relating to the blind, handicapped, mentally retarded, deaf, dumb and other disabled by providing them all required facilities.

 

35)    To carry on community development programs/activities and also construct and develop the community Halls, Club, Old Ages Home, Charitable Dispensaries, Orphanage, Multi-specialty Hospital, Libraries, Reading Room, give the food to poor and needy persons, playgrounds, Yoga Training Centers, Drama Stage, AIDS Awareness Program, Anti-Drug Education Program, Kushtarog Niwaran Ashram Program and other Training and Research institute for the attainment of aims and objects of Society.

 

36)    To establish and run orphanage Centers, Crèches for the Children and working women and hostels for working women.

 

37)    To make best efforts and organize various kinds of programs and/or activities relating to family planning and to diffuse the useful knowledge about the medicines, equipments, methods used for family planning also provide the family counseling facilities. To provide information and education useful knowledge and the medical advice to general public regarding the vices of the society like smack, smoking (Cigarette/Biri/Hukka), use of alcohol/wine, AIDS etc. through holding awareness camps for de-addiction and also organize.

 

38)    To establish Balbari Nursery School, coaching classes, colleges and training centers of all kinds of education for all communities and to work for welfare of the society and develop the people of the nation.

 

39)    To give, provide and / or render monetary and /or other help and assistance for the relief of persons and animal life affected by natural and other calamities such as fire, famine, cyclone, earthquake, storm, accident, epidemic, to give donations, subscriptions or contribution to institutions, establishments, centers or persons doing relief work on such occasions.

 

40)    To provide security, shelter, respect, employment, education and other required/necessary facilities to the prostitutes and their dependent children and/or eradication of prostitutes and their dependent children and/or eradication from the society.

 

41)    To establish and maintain institutions for the handicapped blinds, deaf, dumb, poor and other needy persons and also to provide jobs, training for livelihood, semi-skilled job and also to provide them other required facilities like house, medical aid, food, clothing, transportations and economic assistance to start his livelihood.

 

42)    To preserve and protect the Herbs, Forests, Environment, Species of the animal, Birds, wildlife and other natural gifts which help to support the preservation of environment.

 

43)    To rehabilitate destitute women like young and old windows, unmarried mothers, victims of abduction and their dependent children through resident care and vocational training.
